Vehicle Collection Specialist

Location: Dundee

Salary: £24k per annum, inclusive of company perks and performance bonuses

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

This is a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Collection Specialist to become part of the UK's foremost Accident and Collision Repair experts in our BRAND NEW facility in Dundee.

As a vital member of our team of professional drivers, you will play an essential role in ensuring the seamless operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include retrieving customer vehicles and transporting them to the Bodyshop for repairs. Once the repairs are completed, you will be responsible for returning the vehicles to the customers. Our clients rely on us, so maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional service is paramount. Additionally, it is crucial that you operate vehicles safely and in accordance with legal regulations, taking into account weather and traffic conditions. Your duties will also encompass collecting, cleaning, and delivering vehicles, completing necessary documentation, collecting payments and receipts, reporting any accidents or incidents, and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.

About You

As a Vehicle Collection Specialist, we seek individuals who possess a genuine interest and enthusiasm for our industry. A professional appearance is essential, and prior experience in customer service and driving roles is highly valued. You should have a comprehensive understanding of local roadways and be self-motivated. Due to the nature of the position, a full UK/EU Driving Licence is required.
