{"h1": "Clinical Educator - Endoscopy Unit", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Educator to join our Endoscopy Unit team. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for the clinical education of staff in all areas of Endoscopy, Trust Core Learning, and the development of student nurses while on placement in this area. You will also deputise in the absence of the Endoscopy Sister.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing clinical education and training to staff in Endoscopy
* Developing and implementing education programs to improve patient care and outcomes
* Collaborating with the Endoscopy Sister to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
* Providing mentorship and support to student nurses on placement in Endoscopy
* Deputising for the Endoscopy Sister as required

Requirements:

* 1st Level Nurse with NMC Registration
* Evidence of further professional development
* Evidence of further Teaching & Assessing Qualification (Clinical Mentorship/fLIPS ENB 998 or equivalent)
* Degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years recent experience in nursing patients within the speciality
* Senior Nurse experience/experience taking charge/coordinating a clinical area
* Ability to assess and introduce change consistent with research evidence
* Excellent computer/keyboard skills
* Extended competencies in cannulation
