About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our Endoscopy Unit as an Education Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the clinical education of staff in all areas of Endoscopy, Trust Core Learning, and the development of student nurses while on placement in this area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality education programs for staff and students
  • Collaborate with the Endoscopy Sister to ensure effective clinical education and development
  • Contribute to the development of student nurses while on placement in the Endoscopy Unit
  • Deputise for the Endoscopy Sister as required

  • 1st Level Nurse with NMC Registration
  • Evidence of further professional development
  • Evidence of further Teaching & Assessing Qualification (Clinical Mentorship/fLIPS ENB 998 or equivalent)
