Job Title: Therapeutic Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Services Manager to join our team at Mind in Salford. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our LGBTQIA+ One to One Therapy Service and working closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement effective therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic services for our LGBTQIA+ community
* Collaborate with our senior leadership team to develop and implement service strategies
* Manage and supervise a team of therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:

* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
* Significant experience in therapeutic services management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
