Job Title: Therapeutic Services Manager

Location: Mind in Salford, The Angel Centre, Salford

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £37,905 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

The Therapeutic Services Manager will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of therapeutic services at Rainbow Mind (Northern Hub - Salford). This includes managing a team of therapists and coordinating service delivery to meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic services
  • Manage a team of therapists to deliver high-quality services
  • Coordinate service delivery to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leading therapeutic services
  • Strong management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of mental health services and policies
