As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and motivated Facade Site Managers to join our team, overseeing significant projects in London, Swindon, and West Berkshire.


Job Overview:


As a Facade Site Manager, you will be tasked with managing all on-site activities related to facade installations, encompassing roofing, cladding, and glazing systems.

Your role will ensure that all projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of building envelope systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, making necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
* 4 years proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the roofing, cladding, or glazing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of facade systems, building envelopes, and refurbishment processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage site teams effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing them on construction sites.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
