About the Role
The Production Operative will play a key role in the operational sections of our factory, working as part of a team to ensure the production plan is achieved and dispatched in line with our Company Quality System.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the highest quality products.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any issues or concerns to management, ensuring the production plan is achieved and dispatched on time.
- Contribute to the health and safety of yourself and others in your working area.
- Complete all necessary documentation and records as required by our Company Quality System.
Requirements
- No formal qualifications are required, but full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet production targets.
