Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hill House, a 24-bed care home in Sandbach, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with physical and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes. You will also escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments. Our Person-Centred approach encourages maximum independence for our customers, and you will play a key role in helping them achieve their individual aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
  • Ideal experience in personal care (not essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
