About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our Serious Injury team in Manchester. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Solicitors and Fee Earners with casework, while also providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Solicitors and Fee Earners with casework, including managing client matters according to the National Procurement Strategy (NPS)
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure seamless communication and case progression
  • Support Fee Earners with legal and administrative tasks, including accurate time recording, billing, and debtor management
  • Provide a high level of client care, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their case
Requirements
  • Knowledge and basic understanding of legal concepts, gained from LPC, LLM, GDL, or ILEX study
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
