Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Serious Injury team in Manchester, specializing in RTA casework. As a key member of our team, you will assist Solicitors and Fee Earners with casework, liaise with clients and third parties, and manage client matters according to the NPS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Solicitors and Fee Earners with legal and administrative tasks
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure effective communication
  • Manage client matters according to the NPS, providing high-level client care
  • Provide accurate time recording, billing, and debtor management
  • Support the team in achieving excellent client service and outcomes

Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of legal concepts, gained from LPC, LLM, GDL, or ILEX study
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
