Job Role: New or Used Car Sales Executive
Salary: £18,000 basic + average commission holiday pay, company car and fuel allowance from home to work, OTE circa £50k + for selling 140 cars per annum with good finance and product sales etc.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturday 8.30am – 5pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 10.30am – 4pm (on a rota basis of approx. 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu every week for working Saturday.
Job Location: Tonbridge, Kent
- To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
- To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.).
- You will be working in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry, and will be very successful in your career.
- You will need to follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
- You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
- You must have a valid UK driving licence.
