About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Croydon, a leading Automotive Retail Dealership in the UK. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new cars from the Renault and Dacia ranges, as well as providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new cars from the Renault and Dacia ranges to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, such as finance, insurance, and extended warranties
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Full UK Driver's license (automatic-only license holders also considered)
  • Strong passion for sales and customer service
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £25,500 per annum
  • Uncapped commission, with an OTE of £51,000 per annum
  • Demonstrator car from day one and a tax-efficient car after one month's service
  • 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and other fringe benefits
