We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client's team on a part-time basis, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office inventory and place orders for office supplies as required.
  • Coordinate and organise travel arrangements for senior staff members, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
  • Confident IT user with experience using Microsoft Suite.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Office Administrator and Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
