Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring that costs are minimized and revenue is maximized.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact guest satisfaction or hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large hotel or hospitality company.
