Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area, leveraging targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong local relationships, focusing on business generation, marketing your personal brand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end service for customers, from valuation to completion of sale, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Collaborate with the local property centre, learning and development team, and industry-leading marketing resources to drive business success.
