About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in introducing our customers to the world of independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of the apartment and lifestyle.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Work closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, as well as offsite agents and sales partners to progress sales through to completion.

About You

We are looking for a talented individual with previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market. You will possess excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Previous experience of using IT databases.
  • Valid UK Driver's License.
