Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing the baby nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Baby Nursery Room: Create and implement age-appropriate activities and routines to support the development of each child in your care.
- Supervise and Support a Team: Supervise and support a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance, training, and encouragement.
- Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring open communication and partnership in their child's care.
- Maintain Policies and Procedures: Maintain and uphold all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements and safeguarding practices.
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in early years childcare.
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for babies.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
