Trainee Estate Agent Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Cowbridge. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will learn all aspects of the estate agency model and be taken through an industry-leading development and training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and booking valuations
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
