Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Service Manager to join our team at One to One Support Services Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the organic development and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with our Managing Director to drive the growth and expansion of our services, identifying new opportunities and implementing effective strategies to achieve our goals.
  • Service Coordination: Oversee the coordination and development of our services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality support to our clients. This may involve hands-on support and working closely with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Staff Management: Coordinate staff rotas on a monthly basis, ensuring adequate cover for services due to sickness, absences, and holiday periods. Monitor and review individual support plans and rotas to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our services, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of service development and staff management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our organization.
