Quality Service Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at a reputable residential home in Radcliffe, Nottingham. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to residents with dementia and other age-related illnesses.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Implement personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions and social activities to enhance residents' well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment within the home.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow care staff and management.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar care setting.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality care to elderly individuals.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates, including Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving & Handling, and Infection Control.
  • A valid enhanced DBS check.
Compensation:

£11.44 per hour, increasing to £15.22 per hour after 7pm.
