Swift Healthcare Staffing Solutions LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our temporary care agency in the Cambridge area.
Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to provide high-quality care to residents and patients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for aiding with personal hygiene, assisting with personal care and daily living activities, and upholding a strong level of clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Aiding with resident's personal hygiene
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.
- Upholding a strong level of clinical standards
- Moving and handling
- Monitoring of condition (Weight, temperatures, pulse etc.)
- Following clinical direction of a Nurse or managerial staff
- Upholding the high standards of Swift including undergoing required training and development
- Providing first-rate care
- You will have previous experience as a Care Assistant (6 Months+)
- Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care to residents and patients
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- You will have strong communication and organizational skills
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
- A competitive hourly rate between £11.50 - £16.80 per hour
- Regular part-time and full-time hours available in and around the Holbeach area
- Day and night shifts available
