We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director/VP to lead our strategy and portfolio management efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our business strategy, driving growth and innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our therapeutic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, aligning with our mission to build brilliant biotechs
- Lead the development and implementation of our portfolio management strategy, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance and support to our therapeutic area teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our programs
- Develop and maintain key relationships with industry partners, investors, and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in strategy development and execution, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation
