The Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a great experience in our dealership. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, transferring calls, speaking to customers, and supporting the dealership with administration duties.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a professional environment
- Confident communication skills, both on the phone and in person
- Good IT skills and ability to support with administration duties
- Self-motivated, organized, and proud of your work
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate
- Provide refreshments and ensure the seating area is tidy and stocked
- Deal with mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
