Key Responsibilities- Technical Validation and Sales Support: Provide technical validation and Bill of Materials assurance to the sales teams and partners, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements.
- Product and Solution Implementation: Work with customers and sales teams to implement and integrate cyber security solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.
- Competitive Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and compare competitive solutions to ensure that Infinigate UK & Ireland's solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide primary pre-sales support to sales teams and customers, responding to requests for assistance with solution installation and configuration.
- Training and Accreditation: Provide vendor-accredited training to customers and sales teams, as required, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use Infinigate UK & Ireland's solutions.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar position within cyber security or an adjacent field.
- Certifications: Industry-recognized advanced-level certifications in relevant fields.
- Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
- Day Off on Birthday: A day off on your birthday.
