Job Title: MuleSoft Technology Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Technology Architect to join our team at ITL UK. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with key stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop MuleSoft solutions that meet those needs.
  • Define application architecture and design: Design and implement MuleSoft architectures that are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Guide technical teams and offshore team: Provide technical guidance and support to our technical teams and offshore partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Promote knowledge sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends.
  • Lead business development efforts: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide hands-on help with MuleSoft integration: Work closely with our clients to understand their integration needs and provide hands-on support to ensure successful integration.

Requirements:

  • Requirements gathering workshops: Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand business needs and develop MuleSoft solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead technical teams in delivery projects: Lead technical teams in the delivery of MuleSoft projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Establish development standards: Establish and maintain development standards for MuleSoft projects, ensuring that they are consistent with our company's overall technology strategy.
  • Implement risk mitigation measures: Identify and implement risk mitigation measures to ensure that MuleSoft projects are delivered with minimal risk.
  • Convert project lessons into best practices: Document and share lessons learned from MuleSoft projects to ensure that best practices are adopted across the organization.
  • Provide constructive feedback to product team: Provide constructive feedback to the product team to ensure that MuleSoft products meet the needs of our clients.
  • Mentor internal team on design and architecture best practices: Mentor internal teams on design and architecture best practices to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends.
  • Experience with MuleSoft and Cloud Native technologies: Have experience with MuleSoft and Cloud Native technologies, including Redhat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of integration architecture concepts: Have a deep understanding of integration architecture concepts, including Enterprise Integration Patterns.

Qualifications:

  • CI/CD process understanding: Have a strong understanding of CI/CD processes and how to implement them in MuleSoft projects.
  • Working experience with Redhat OpenShift and Kubernetes: Have working experience with Redhat OpenShift and Kubernetes, including deployment and management of MuleSoft applications.
  • Expertise in security best practices: Have expertise in security best practices, including data encryption and access control.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns: Have a deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, including message queues and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills: Have strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
