Job Description

At ITL UK, we're seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Technology Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital landscape.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in MuleSoft and cloud-native technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions using MuleSoft and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and lead solution design processes with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead technical teams through complex delivery projects, providing hands-on guidance and expertise.
  • Work with customers to establish standards for development, governance, and operational life cycles.
  • Identify and mitigate ongoing risks and pain points throughout projects.
  • Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and requirements to the product team.
  • Mentor and train internal teams on design and architecture best practices.
  • Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of digital integration services.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and cloud-native technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with integration architecture concepts and patterns.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
