WE Talent is collaborating with a prominent national organization seeking a qualified ACCA/CIMA Accountant to enhance their Finance department.

This position offers a hybrid work model from modern central offices, along with the opportunity for a 4-day work week and a range of attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial management and control within the organization, ensuring accounting records are maintained to high professional standards.
  • Facilitate the relationship between the Finance team and external auditors during the preparation of the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
  • Ensure the production of data that accurately reflects the valuation of the Company's assets and liabilities, monitoring solvency trends effectively.
  • Provide timely and relevant financial management information to the Board, including insights into the Company's solvency position.
  • Manage the relationship with the outsourced Actuarial Services provider, including the preparation of management accounts and statutory returns.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified (ACCA or CIMA).
  • Demonstrated experience in an accounting role.
  • Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office and 1 day remote).
