Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Database Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Database Specialist, you will be responsible for managing utilities processes and the metering estate, including arranging new supplies, disconnections, and metering repairs. You will also be responsible for carrying out investigations and inspections of assets, managing related data, and providing specialist utilities-related support to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage utilities processes and the metering estate, including arranging new supplies, disconnections, and metering repairs.
- Carry out investigations and inspections of assets.
- Manage related data and provide specialist utilities-related support to the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and services.
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification.
- Individual Working Alone (IWA) certification.
- Level C: Access & Egress Traction and/or non-traction locations certification.
- Good working knowledge of the utilities industry, especially electricity.
- Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
