About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Officer to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and supporting our company's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Business Support Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy, driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • Take the lead on sales and promotional activities, leveraging your commercial awareness and organizational skills to drive results.
  • Liaise with employers to manage commercial and apprenticeship programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the completion of apprenticeship sign-up processes, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.
  • Coordinate our outreach programs and ensure active learner engagement, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Manage and enhance all learner feedback activities, using data to inform improvements and drive business growth.
  • Engage in a variety of general business tasks to support our company's goals, demonstrating your adaptability and creativity.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 or 4 qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
  • A confident, adaptable, and creative approach to your work, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and numeracy, with a full driving license.
