Primary Responsibilities

Key Duties

  • Generate work schedules and timelines
  • Plan electrical tasks within specified timeframes
  • Oversee and coordinate timely remedial actions
  • Prepare reports for management and clients
  • Anticipate and advise on critical path challenges
  • Define resource and equipment needs, ensuring effective communication
  • Compile work packages with comprehensive task details
  • Coordinate access solutions and collaborate with other supervisors

Required Experience

  • Experience as a Maintenance Planning Engineer
  • Background in Petrochemical, Power, and Process Industries
  • Prior experience in electrical roles
  • Leadership and performance management skills
  • Experience in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in maintenance planning
  • APMP Practitioner certification
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with MMS systems (SAP preferred)
  • Electrical background with relevant qualifications
