Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Pod 5 administrative team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver an effective and efficient support service to specialty Point of Delivery teams (POD), to assist in the provision of quality patient care.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative duties that support the administrative elements of the entire patient pathway.
  • Support the patient pathway by prioritizing own workload in a highly pressurized working environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for patients regarding all administrative issues relating to the patients' pathway of care.

Our main hospital site, Croydon University Hospital is one of the busiest in London.
