  • Establish efficient and adaptable business processes that support both staff and students, fostering partnerships across the organization.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge and experience to formulate strategies and policies aimed at student retention, achievement, and educational advancement, leveraging best practices from the sector.
  • Assess and analyze the organization's performance against publicly available metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Proactively create processes and solutions that lead to enhanced outcomes, working closely with students and academic staff.
  • Design and execute events for students and staff, set measurable objectives, and monitor performance in accordance with relevant policies.
  • Provide expert guidance on institutional policies, particularly those related to student support and engagement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of professional development initiatives focused on quality management and enhancement for staff.
  • Encourage the exchange of best practices among academics, coordinate the onboarding of new faculty, and organize professional development events to promote innovative teaching and assessment methods.
  • Research and document effective practices in quality management related to student outcomes and educational processes.
  • Support the maintenance of academic standards through the analysis of assessment outcomes and related policies.
  • Compile and manage key performance data related to teaching, including peer observation insights.
  • Collaborate with Academic Quality to integrate quality principles into educational processes and contribute to program evaluations.
  • Oversee the Academic Support Tutor program in partnership with the academic team, ensuring guidance and training are current.
  • Participate in change management initiatives, including the adoption of curriculum management software.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape, including relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital technologies and office software for process improvement and service delivery.
  • Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively towards the strategic goals of the organization, employing creative problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality services.
