About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Ewell Road. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home and providing exceptional support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in preparing for contract reviews and representing the organisation in respect of service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships within the home, ensuring a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Ensure the appropriate number and skill mix of staff on duty at any given time, subject to company protocol and the needs of the service users.
  • Implement and monitor the Person Centred Approach to care within the home, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
Requirements
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or willing to work towards.
  • Proven track record in a senior role within the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and sensory processing issues.
  • Passion for improving clinical quality and care, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
