Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Manager to join our team in Southend-on-Sea. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our gaming and hosting operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Gaming and Hosting Operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize gaming revenue and customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of gaming and hosting staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive Sales and Profitability
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Ensure Compliance
- Ensure all gaming and hosting activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with the General Manager, Marketing, and other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Participate in business planning and strategy development to ensure alignment with company goals
