French Speaking Credit Controller Opportunity

SF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join a dynamic business on a long-term interim basis. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, chasing customers, reducing aged debt, and resolving queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of queries.
  2. Cash Collection: Utilize strong negotiation skills to collect outstanding debts from customers, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt.
  3. Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Debt Reduction: Analyze and implement strategies to reduce aged debt, improving cash flow and reducing financial risk.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Strong written and spoken French language skills.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong systems experience and proficiency in Excel.
  5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex queries.
