Job Description

At TekWissen LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Command Centre Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our command centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate Final Integration: Based on a pre-approved list of users, initiate the final integration and/or initiate in-place upgrades after the deployment technician contacts the command centre.
  • Track and Troubleshoot: Track all issues related to building and troubleshoot failing migrations.
  • Escalate and Execute: Escalate if necessary and execute rollback procedures if warranted based on client-provided criteria.
  • Report Status: Report on the status of the entire conversion night.
Requirements:
  • IT Experience: 57 years of work experience in an IT environment and/or a degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop platform and associated infrastructure, familiarity with network and domain technologies, including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory.
  • Soft Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple competing deliverables, excellent customer service skills, good interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and coworkers, ability to work in a team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, influencing skills, data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial Services Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial services industry and branch environment would be an asset.
