Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we deliver bespoke care and support to young people, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals and provide world-class care to our clients. As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse, you will be providing support to our clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions, and ensuring they receive the best quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Providing support to clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions
  • Ensuring clients receive the best quality of care
  • Working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve personal goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working closely with people with clinical complex needs
  • Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change, ventilation via Tracheostomy, and Ventilation via a mask skills
  • Availability for last-minute shifts on an as-and-when basis
