About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to children and young people, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote effective communication and build trust.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric nursing.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice to drive excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Qualified or awaiting results of Children's NMC registration.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Broad knowledge and experience of clinical nursing practice within a hospital environment.
  • Interest in the clinical area.
