Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Personalized Care: Deliver tailored care to our residents, respecting their individual needs, preferences, and values.
- Support Daily Living Activities: Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal support, and mobility, to promote independence and comfort.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a warm and engaging atmosphere, encouraging social interaction, and promoting a sense of community among residents.
- Collaborate with the Care Team: Work effectively with fellow team members to provide seamless care, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are passionate about working with the elderly.
- Passion for Care: A genuine interest in providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
