We're seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Beechgrove Care Home, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while respecting their dignity and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Create a positive environment, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere that makes residents feel valued and connected.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide effective care and support.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are enthusiastic about working with the elderly.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
