Field Sales Director

As a global leader, Page Executive is seeking a seasoned Field Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy across the UK & I. This is a high-impact role where your strategic vision, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills will be instrumental in advancing our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a large field sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results and accountability.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities, expand market share, and enhance customer retention.
  • Commercial Excellence: Identify market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to optimise sales processes and deliver best-in-class solutions to customers.
  • Performance Management: Set clear objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and development initiatives.
  • Customer Centricity: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring your teams deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong track record of driving revenue growth and a deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Dynamic Working: Comfortable with regular and extensive travel across the UK. The preferred candidate will be based within close proximity to national road networks, be able to work remotely and attend HQ 1 day per week.
