  • Research suppliers and vendors to identify cost-effective, sustainable, and high-quality materials.
  • Prepare buying schedules, RFQs, and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support in negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with the project budget.
  • Support the project management team in maintaining project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Document and track project changes, schedule, and procurement-related expenses.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Project Managers, the company CEO, and consultants to deliver cohesive projects.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate project approvals and smooth execution.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders, outlining project updates, procurement status, and design modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement supplier communications and project progress.
  • Assist in preparing reports, budget, and procurement summaries for internal views and management meetings.
  • Ensure proper documentation of design revisions, material selection, and project approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in design, buying, or property, preferably with exposure to procurement and operations.
