Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications that meet the needs of users and provide great value.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of software applications.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve the team, department, and company through process improvements and technology adoption.
- Proactively identify risks associated with software applications and suggest methods for alleviation.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues and take an active role in their professional development.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding and commercial experience with.NET MAUI.
- Ability to write complex software and maintain it.
- Good understanding of Agile team dynamics and technical skills with knowledge of solution design and application architecture.
- Ability to write automated tests at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
- Ability to take a lead role to ensure technical delivery and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Git or other source control software.
