**About the Role**

Platinum & Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Equity Sales Trading team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales traders, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales traders, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue in UK and European markets, staying up-to-date with market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and enhance high-touch client relationships, building trust and credibility with key clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure the team's success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in equity sales trading, with a proven track record of revenue generation in UK and European markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key clients.
  • In-depth market knowledge and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
