We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Alfreton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
About the Role:- Manage projects from customer brief to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Create manufacturing route cards to optimize production processes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external resources to ensure project success.
- Work in a first-class precision engineering environment with modern facilities and processes.
- Qualified to HNC level or equivalent.
- Knowledge of precision engineering processes, including CNC machining and metal fabrication techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Competence in Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
- Good working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings and specifications.
- Capable of working unsupervised and using own initiative.
- Good eye for detail with a methodical approach.
- Up to £50,000 salary (dependent on experience).
- 33 days holiday, Christmas shutdown, and 7.5% pension.
- 4x salary death in service.
