Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Manager to oversee a range of projects across Hampshire, West Sussex, and East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civils, health, safety, quality, and environmental management, with experience in overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with site teams, department heads, and the board of directors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Represent the company to clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain to promote health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence
Requirements:
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Extensive knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- CSCS card
- Membership of a professional body
