Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Leads in delivering both internal and client-focused work packages by executing and reporting laboratory activities to meet project deadlines while adhering to established policies and procedures. Manage the procurement of stock reagents and consumables, ensuring laboratory cleanliness for all tasks performed. Conduct all laboratory or batch analyses (non-GMP and/or GMP) promptly and in compliance with regulations. Contribute to the preparation and execution of various documentation, including but not limited to development reports, operating procedures, phase-appropriate validations, analytical proformas, and test records, ensuring timely completion with a focus on accuracy. Participate in 5S and operational excellence initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, ensuring that the department operates as a high-performing team. Support the introduction of new capital equipment and assist in training others on procedures, techniques, equipment, and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities in Biologics Development. Complete all laboratory or batch analyses and related documentation efficiently and in compliance with standards. Develop subject matter expertise in analytical development areas, including core technologies, characterization, and molecular biology, with a focus on GMP analysis. Qualifications: BSc/MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant life sciences discipline, with experience in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sectors. Demonstrated strong academic or industrial achievements. Familiarity with techniques such as qPCR, ddPCR, Sanger Sequencing, restriction digestion, and agarose gel electrophoresis is preferred. Proven ability to effectively collaborate within multi-disciplinary scientific teams. While experience is not mandatory, relevant industrial exposure within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry (particularly in gene therapy) is advantageous. Experience in analytical development, method development, equipment qualification, and validation would be beneficial. About Our Company:
