We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Bracknell Urgent Care Centre. As an autonomous practitioner, you will work within your defined scope of practice to assess, diagnose, and plan care for patients, including prescribing medications where qualified to do so.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications as necessary, working within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- First-level registered nurse (NMC, ECP), or ACP
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant ANP courses at level 6 or 7
- Non-medical prescribing qualification
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Satisfactory DBS clearance
- NHS Pension
- 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
- Extra days leave for work anniversary each year
