Sale and Purchase Agreement Manager

About the Role
Our market-leading Sale and Purchase Agreement Advisory team at Grant Thornton is seeking a talented Manager to contribute to our continued growth within the wider Deals Advisory and Consulting service line. We are looking for individuals with strong technical and commercial skills who excel at optimizing value for clients involved in acquisitions and disposals.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact behind Associate Directors/Directors/Partners.
- Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their perspectives and effectively communicating progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate risk management issues, leveraging your expertise to address site-specific challenges and seeking guidance from senior staff and specialists when necessary.
- Prepare accurate letters of engagement and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed before Associate Director/Director review and submission.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical matters, offering potential solutions and seeking advice from experts as needed.
- Produce high-quality financial analysis with minimal supervision from Associate Directors.
- Develop fee estimates and budgets for review by the Director/Partner.
- Participate in client presentations, effectively conveying conclusions and recommendations, discussing implications, and outlining action points.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
