About the Role:
MCG Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a Primary Care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescribe and manage medications for patients with minor illnesses
- Conduct patient-facing clinics for SMR and managing long-term conditions
- Participate in medication safety and monitoring, medicines reconciliation, and providing medication support to the wider team
Requirements:
- MPharm or OSPAP qualification and registration with the GPhC
- Primary Care or GP Surgery experience (not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
